Various information and services
Timetables:
Check-in time: from 15:00 to 19:00.
Check-out time: by 10:00 a.m.
The stay is from Friday / Saturday / Sunday to Friday / Saturday / Sunday.
N.B. These can be changed by giving prior notice to establish an alternative Check-in or Check-out time to those listed above.
Booking terms:
- At the time of booking is required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total with a minimum of € 200.00 as a deposit, the balance of the remainder directly on arrival. It is possible to send the deposit by bank transfer or money order (all data are communicated by e-mail). Upon arrival we accept cash, debit cards, credit cards.
- The deposit is never refundable. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the property grants the possibility to use the deposit already paid for another stay to be made within the following year.
- The managers of the accommodation facilities are required to collect the tourist tax and the subsequent payment to the Municipality. It has been established that from 1 January 2020 for the category the tax is equal to Euro 0.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 13 are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival (a receipt is issued).
